purple haze
Sumatra is origin and victim at the same time of the so called phenomenon of haze, a layer of smoke caused by forestfires mainly in Sumatra and Borneo. Here two pics that clearly show the effect of (not really severe) haze...Danau Maninjau, West Sumatra - Indonesia

love to log on your blog...and miss Indonesia so much - I have a very important friend who is Batak, and never went there...those photos remember me my plan...and remember me the fact that I love Indo much more than Vietnam.
